Returns: What to do if you wish to return an item: You have 14 days from the delivery confirmation date of your order to return it. We offer you the possibility of making an exchange or a store credit. However no exchange or store credit will be granted for items purchased on sale. Please note that we do not make any refunds. Deliveries: Online orders are processed Monday to Friday except on public holidays. We ship to Canada only. Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for the province of Quebec. We cannot guarantee the same delay for the other provinces in Canada.
