According to the TOG, it's a good idea to choose clothes for your baby to wear at night. Less than 1.0 TOG: bedroom temperature between 24°C and 26°C From 1 to 2 TOG: bedroom temperature between 18°C and 24°C From 3 to 3.5 TOG: bedroom temperature between 16°C and 18°C".
