Molo Size Guide

Molo sizes clothing by your child's height in centimetres — a common European convention that can feel unfamiliar for North American parents. The number on the label corresponds to the child's height. For example, size 104 is designed for a child approximately 104 cm tall, or around 4 years old.

When in doubt, size up — Molo garments are cut for movement and hold their shape wash after wash. Our in-store team is always happy to help if you're unsure.

What are the delivery times for my orders?

At Billie le Kid, we do everything we can to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are generally 2 to 4 business days in Quebec and 4 to 7 business days in the rest of Canada, depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time. During peak periods, such as the holiday season or sales, slightly longer delivery times may occur. How can I return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We offer exchanges or gift cards, but no refunds. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or gift cards. To initiate a return by mail, please contact us at info@billielekid.com for instructions. You can also return or exchange online orders directly at one of our stores. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?

Yes, when available, Billie le Kid offers in-store pickup. This option allows you to avoid delivery fees and collect your items within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it is available for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Preparation times may vary depending on customer volume and product availability. Photo ID and your order confirmation will be required at pickup.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes! Billie le Kid offers digital gift cards, usable both online and in-store. They make a great gift idea, offering the freedom to choose from our collections of clothing, accessories, and plush toys for babies and children. Gift cards are available in various amounts and have no expiry date, allowing you to use them whenever it suits you best. Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website.
