At Billie le Kid, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are generally 2 to 4 business days in Quebec and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of Canada, depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time. During peak periods, such as the holidays or sales, slight delays may occur. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. We offer the option of an exchange or a gift card, but we do not offer refunds.

Yes, when the option is available, Billie le Kid offers the possibility to pick up your orders in-store. This option allows you to avoid shipping fees and pick up your items within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it is available for pickup. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store. Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. A piece of identification and the order confirmation will be required upon pickup.
