Once your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation by email, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, shipping volumes and other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping Across Canada
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Free shipping is subject to the same estimated delivery times as paid shipping.
No-Signature Delivery
Some delivery services may be provided without a signature. In these cases, the carrier may leave your package at the delivery address without anyone being present to receive it.
To help minimize the risk of loss, theft or damage, we strongly recommend making sure someone is available to receive your package, or, when available, choosing a delivery address where someone can accept it on your behalf.
If you provide the carrier with specific instructions to leave your package in a designated location (such as at the door, on a balcony or in another specified area), you assume the risks associated with those instructions, subject to your rights and remedies under applicable law.
Signature Required Delivery
Canada Post signature delivery is required for orders totaling $1,000 or more.
When someone answers the door, the delivery agent will obtain the recipient’s signature and name before handing over the package. Canada Post does not deliver items requiring a signature to children.
If no one is available to receive the package, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice card with information on where and how to pick it up.
