Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on all orders over $150.00 before taxes. For orders under $150.00 before taxes, shipping is $14.99.. Additional charges may apply for more remote areas of Canada. We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for northern regions (accessible by air freight only). In this case, the customer will be contacted to agree to the charges before the package is sent.
* Please note that for bulky products, delivery charges are $24.99 and free delivery is not available for these products.
We process orders from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. For Quebec, delivery times are as follows 3 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). For other Canadian provinces, we cannot guarantee the same delivery time. It usually takes a few extra working days.
Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to an address other than your home. To do so, please enter the desired delivery address in the "shipping address" section.
Once your order has been processed, an e-mail including your tracking number will be sent to you.
Unfortunately we currently offer delivery exclusively within Canada.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the same conditions as in our stores. For regular items: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange or obtain a gift card in store. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all tags attached. If the return conditions are not respected, the return may be refused. No exchange or credit will be given for items purchased on sale. Please note that we do not issue refunds.
To return an item, you must contact us by e-mail at the following address and provide us with your order number in order to receive a return authorization:email@example.com. It is essential to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt with the returned items. Yes, you can return items purchased at the boutique of your choice, regardless of the original boutique. Please note that the same return and exchange rules apply to both our boutiques at all times.

Unfortunately not, all our sale items are final sales. Therefore, no exchanges or returns are allowed on sale items.
Yes, you can use your gift card on our online store and at our two boutiques in Montreal and Mont-Tremblant.
It is possible to wrap your order for a gift. Simply select the "gift wrapping" option when you finalize your order. Prices will be removed and we'll slip you a gift receipt. If you'd like to add a note, you can mention it in the "Notes" box at checkout.
You can check the availability of a product in our two boutiques on the right-hand side of the product description.
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in the boutique free of charge. However, we invite you to check that your item is available in the boutique chosen for pick-up.
To transfer an item from Mont-Tremblant to the Montreal boutique, you must first order the item from our online boutique and select in-store pickup. We do not accept transfers outside of online orders. Please note that there will be an additional delay.
