Finding the Right Warmth for Your Baby

Here's how to choose: TOG 0.5 — Room temperature: 24 to 26°C — Ideal for summer nights. TOG 1.0 — Room temperature: 20 to 24°C — Ideal for transitional seasons, spring and autumn. TOG 2.0 — Room temperature: 18 to 20°C — Ideal for cool autumn nights. TOG 3.0 — Room temperature: 16 to 18°C — Ideal for Quebec winters.

Size Guide:

A sleep sack's size should be chosen based on your baby's height in centimetres, not their age. Two babies of the same age can have very different builds. A sleep sack that is too large poses a risk of slipping downward. One that is too small restricts leg movement and can interfere with healthy hip development.

Here is the Petit Bateau size guide for our sleep sacks:

Newborn size — Baby's height: up to 60 cm — Approximate age: 0 to 3 months.
6-month size — Baby's height: 60 to 74 cm — Approximate age: 3 to 9 months.
18-month size — Baby's height: 74 to 86 cm — Approximate age: 9 to 24 months.

What does a good fit look like? The shoulders are well supported, the baby can bend their legs freely, and the fabric doesn't ride up toward their face. If you're torn between two sizes, go with the larger one. A sleep sack that fits a little loosely at the shoulders is perfectly safe as long as all closures are fastened. Babies grow quickly, and you'll get more use out of each size this way.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit, either online or in-store. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.Returns made after this period will not be accepted. Yes, you can pick up your order in store free of charge. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours. However, we recommend waiting until you receive your pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
