FAQ
At Billie le Kid, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are generally 2 to 4 business days in Quebec and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of Canada, depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time. During peak periods, such as the holidays or sales, slight delays may occur. For more details or a specific estimate for your region, we invite you to visit our Shipping page or contact our customer service team.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return. We offer the option to exchange or receive a gift card, but no refunds are provided. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are neither exchangeable nor eligible for a gift card. To initiate a return by mail, please contact us at info@billielekid.com to obtain the necessary instructions. It is also possible to return or exchange an online order directly at one of our stores. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags intact.
Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as well as a direct link to the carrierâs website. This allows you to track the progress of your package and get an estimated delivery date. If you do not see the email, we recommend checking your junk mail folder. In the event of any issues with tracking or if you have questions regarding the delivery, our customer service team is available to assist you and provide support quickly.
Yes, when the option is available, Billie le Kid offers the possibility to pick up your orders in-store. This option allows you to avoid shipping fees and pick up your items within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it is available for pickup. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store. Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. A piece of identification and the order confirmation will be required upon pickup.Â
Yes! Billie le Kid offers digital gift cards that can be used both online and in-store. They make a great gift idea, offering the freedom to choose from our collections of clothing, accessories, and plush toys for babies and children. Gift cards are available in several amounts and have no expiration date, allowing them to be used whenever it is most convenient. After purchase, the gift card is sent by email with a unique code, ready to be used at checkout. For more information or to purchase one, visit our Gift Cards page.
