For more details or a specific estimate for your region, we invite you to visit our Shipping page or contact our customer service team.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return. We offer the option to exchange or receive a gift card, but no refunds are provided. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are neither exchangeable nor eligible for a gift card. To initiate a return by mail, please contact us at info@billielekid.com to obtain the necessary instructions. It is also possible to return or exchange an online order directly at one of our stores. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags intact.
