What are the delivery times for my orders?

At Billie le Kid, we do everything we can to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are generally 1 to 3 business days in Quebec and 3 to 6 business days in the rest of Canada, depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time. How can I return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We offer exchanges or gift cards, but no refunds. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or gift cards. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Yes, when available, Billie le Kid offers in-store pickup. This option allows you to avoid delivery fees and collect your items within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it is available for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store. Preparation times may vary depending on customer volume and product availability. Photo ID and your order confirmation will be required at pickup.
