What are the delivery times for my orders?

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery times:

Quebec: $9.99* – 2 to 4 business days
Ontario: $16.99* – 2 to 4 business days
Rest of Canada**: $16.99* – 4 to 7 business days
Northern regions***: $24.99* – 4 to 9 business days

Signature upon delivery via Canada Post is required for orders totaling $1,000 or more.

Free shipping in Canada on orders of $150 or more.

What are our online purchase policies?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit, either online or in-store. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.Returns made after this period will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Please note that any promotional offer is subject to change without notice. Promotional codes are valid online only and not in-store (unless otherwise specified).

In the case of a defective item, please email us a photo of the damaged product. We will then follow up with next steps.

How can I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, you must contact us by email at the following address and provide your order number in order to obtain an exchange or store credit authorization: info@billielekid.com.

It is essential to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt with the returned items. All returns can be made in store or sent by mail.

Is it possible to pick up my online order in store?

Yes, you can pick up your order in store free of charge. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours. However, we recommend waiting until you receive your pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
