Astrid Lindgren fell in love with stories when she was very young. She was a free-spirited and mischievous girl who grew up in nature and loved playing and getting into mischief with her brother and sisters. Fifi Brindacier was inspired by these experiences, and her humorous, lively adventures continue to beautifully capture the joys of childhood today.
