In a beautiful forest, a pebble named Pierre lives on the ground. Pierre is very old. He has lived in the forest for millions of years. But Pierre is a little bored. He would love to be picked up by a child, who would warm him and make a place for him near their bed. They could be friends for another millions of years! A very gentle board book by Elise Gravel that talks about friendship, but also about those things that were here long before us, and that will be here long after us.
